Next Generation Marketing Inc. is always one step ahead of the game. We’re constantly learning new things and pushing ourselves further. Because we step outside of our comfort zones, we score bigger wins.
Kevin, our CEO, is lucky to have a front-row seat when it comes to watching our team members grow. “Jeremey Palma came from delivering pizza and working for a company building fences,” Kevin said. “Now he is one of our marketing executives at Next Generation Marketing Inc. Jeremey has come so far, which goes to prove you can be anything you want.”
What exactly does it mean to step out of your comfort zone? Jeremey sums it up perfectly. “If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always have gotten,” he said. “Therefore, stepping outside of your comfort zone is imperative for personal growth. Which means if you don’t like where you are – change it.”
Getting ahead means learning, and those who constantly seek knowledge like we do at Next Generation Marketing Inc. are positioning themselves for greater things. “Every successful person is an eternal student,” Kevin said.
Our team members are all in when it comes to taking risks, too. Laura Seales is one of our Account Managers who realizes the need to reach higher to get what she wants. “It pushes you to overcome personal challenges and grow as a person,” she said. “If you stay within your comfort zone you’ll never achieve desired results.”
Jeremey also made a leap in his career and knows well what it means to step outside of his comfort zone. “It starts with that first uncomfortable step. The more steps you take the more comfortable it is to take those steps,” he shared. “Before you know it, you thrive on challenges that force you to be uncomfortable and therefore find the success you are looking for and continue to grow.”
It’s this entrepreneurial mind-set that really drives it home for Shruti Chandra, another one of our Account Managers. “When you step outside of your comfort zone, you also push your limits, and that’s where you give your 110 percent into your business,” she said. “It doesn’t matter what it takes to achieve your goals, you work hard for it!”
We’re not settling for the status quo here, either as a team or individuals. Be sure to check out our Newswire to see our accomplishments.
