Emily’s the newest member of our administrative team. Her official title is talent coordinator, but she can be seen all over the Next Generation Marketing, Inc. office helping wherever she can. She is always learning more about her position and our operations in general, striving to improve both personally and professionally, and looking for ways to be of service to her teammates. We can all see that she’s made it a daily habit to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Emily’s top three strengths are also the top three traits we look for in new associates (which is what makes her so perfect in her role). She has a fantastic work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continual learning.
